Summer Running

The Spring track season has just wrapped up, and now it's time for our distance runners to rest. So no one should do any running for the next two weeks. This would be a good time to do some bicycling on the trail, to go for a swim or to  play some basketball. Your body needs some time to heal up, and a little time away from running is good for your mind as well.
